The final design should always align with the clients’ goals and create a space that is aesthetically pleasing, highly functional, and experientially rich.

Retail design and décor calls for a kit of parts for success: entrance, directional, promotional, and informational. This means strategic signage placement to enhance customer experience for information and wayfinding plus effective communication of core brand messaging. The plan should harmonize with the brand identity of the retail space and create a cohesive and immersive experience for shoppers.

In retail signage projects I begin my reviewing the space and considering customer flow, focal points, and how to integrate the brand identity. For the stadium concessions series, our team collaborated closely with concession teams to craft unique experiences for patrons at MLB, NFL, and NBA games. Partnering with renowned food and beverage brands, we curated meaningful interaction points that delivered exceptional displays and, most importantly, memorable experiences.

One of the main challenges we encountered during the stadium concessions project was balancing the unique experiences we wanted to create with the logistical constraints of stadium operations. This included navigating limited space and ensuring efficient flow for patrons. Additionally, coordinating with multiple concession divisions across different branding elements posed a creative and organizational challenge.
