A main function of my role at Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty is to empower our real estate brokers with the tools they need to spark conversations and secure business. In 2024, I led our first digital-centric strategy and played a pivotal role in launching Market Perspectives, a podcast series featuring our CEO having conversations with industry leaders.

My collaboration with MN Custom Homes over the years has resulted in an extensive library of marketing materials that we refresh on an annual basis. My work aligns closely with the company's strategic objective of solidifying their position in the home builder space.

Working closely with the MN Custom Homes team, we identify key messaging and design elements that align with the brand and their goals for each year. This is followed by concept development, design iterations, and feedback loops to ensure each material meets the highest standard of quality and effectiveness with our marketing materials.

I worked at Messenger Corporation as both an environmental designer and marketing lead. I developed monthly newsletters, bid documentation, pitch decks, and other opportunities to articulate the company’s value through print and digital marketing. One of my favorite projects was to develop and execute our annual client appreciation gifts, which we hand crafted in our studio.

The Annual Waterfront Report campaign is timed for RSIR’s real estate brokers to leverage in preparation for the waterfront sales season in Washington state. Its aim is to support broker business and satisfaction, and attract top-tier talent to the brokerage for its invaluable tools. We launched this print and digital campaign with visits to some of our brokers’ top waterfront listings on the first day of summer.
