FlyOver Las Vegas

As the lead designer, I worked closely with the Architectural and Fly Over teams in Las Vegas to develop a comprehensive signage plan, integrating graphics and interactive elements throughout the space. The culmination of this project was particularly fulfilling as I had the chance to visit and experience the work firsthand, seeing our vision come to life in such a dynamic and high-profile environment on the Las Vegas Strip.
The strategy for this project involved understanding the client's objectives for their expansion into the Las Vegas market and close collaboration with the Architectural and Fly Over teams. Extensive research and concept development led to the creation of a comprehensive signage plan, graphics, and interactive elements that enhanced the overall experience. Implementation included working with fabrication teams and testing for seamless integration.

Since 2018, I've had the privilege of collaborating with MN Custom Homes, a luxury home builder on the Eastside. In my role as a freelance Lead Designer, I work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement brand strategies. I oversee campaign execution, spearhead brand development initiatives, design page layouts, craft magazine ads, handle art production, and more.

Suzy is an expert in interior design, certified Master Home Stager, and owner of a successful luxury real estate brokerage in Bainbridge Island. She tasked me with developing a comprehensive brand suite including identity, marketing collateral, website development, social media templates, and business forms.
The process began with a thorough discovery phase to understand Suzy’s target audience and business goals, to ensure Suzy’s vision was realized and effective. I delivered comprehensive assets tailored to her needs and have provided post-launch support to Suzy, as ongoing client success and satisfaction is important to me.
